Mamaison Le Regina Boutique Hotel Warsaw

I had a wonderful stay at Mamaison. The hotel's excellent location near the old town allowed me to easily explore the historic area. The room I stayed in was large and the bathroom facilities were really good. The staff were helpful and were really good too make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Warsaw.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was situated in the heart of the historic Old Town. It was within walking distance of the big square and all the major attractions, allowing for easy exploration. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing environment. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The staff, despite the language barrier, were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and attractions.

The staff's lack of English proficiency made communication difficult for non-Polish speakers.

We recently visited a boutique hotel in a historic part of a European capital. The hotel had a very homely feel and was located in a picturesque and charming area. The hotel's luxurious interiors and spa facilities were excellent. The pool was a refreshing addition to our stay. The staff were professional and made us feel valued and welcome throughout our visit.

Worst breakfast charging policy. One aspect that left a negative impression was the questionable charging policy for breakfast.

The hotel is located just outside of the city centre in a quiet area, but still conveniently close to all the best bars in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast offered a limited variety but the quality was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location just steps away from the old town. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a private shower and coffee/tea facilities. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay even better. The free Wifi and TV with multiple channels were also a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

We loved the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available at the hotel's restaurant and room service. The staff were accommodating and understanding of our dietary preferences.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the luxurious room with exclusive amenities was a dream come true. the relaxing Spa & wellness centre was just what I needed after a long day exploring nearby location advantages. the tasty breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, leaving me feeling satisfied and energized for the day ahead.

The only minor issue I encountered was the service at the Lobby bar. Although the catering service was excellent, the staff at the bar seemed a bit overwhelmed and lacked attentiveness.

We loved the location of the hotel, being within walking distance of the main square and also in a quieter side road. The views from our room were stunning, overlooking the beautiful Warsaw skyline. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The hotel also had a lovely pool and spa area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The only downside was the lack of English-speaking staff members, which made it difficult for some guests who didn't speak Polish.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury and refinement. the Spa & wellness centre is a world of therapeutic indulgence that we thoroughly enjoyed. the indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna were exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the massage was top class and left us feeling completely refreshed. the room advantages were magnificent, with pristine linens, plush bathrobes and exclusive toiletries that lavished us in comfort.

the Lobby bar was a great alternative, with a wide variety of drinks and sumptuous appetizers that we savoured while enjoying the comfortable and sophisticated Bar/ Lounge area.
